Job Description:

- Drive the attraction and recruitment of Idols while fostering community development on the platform.

- Establish and nurture partnerships with agencies, building a Livestream ecosystem by cultivating strong collaborative relationships with agencies and families.

- Conduct training and educational sessions to manage idols' content and enhance Livestream quality.

- Provide support to agencies/idols in improving content quality, performance, and overall appeal.

- Collaborate with other departments to promote events and idols on the platform, producing exceptional content within the ecosystem.

- Collect insights and analyze relevant data to assess the performance of Idols/agencies.

- Formulate policies and guidelines for managing Idols and partners, monitoring Livestream features and offering constructive feedback.

- Report work progress to the Leader.

Requirements:

- Possess a keen interest and deep understanding of the Livestream Entertainment industry.

- Familiarity with the cash flow dynamics and symbiotic relationships within the Livestream Entertainment industry is advantageous.

- Experience working in or having connections with modeling, media, television, celebrities, and Livestream applications.

- Hold management experience in a similar position for at least 1 year; team-building experience is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to manage time, organize work efficiently, and multitask effectively.

- Conduct training sessions for agencies and idols on the platform.

- Analytical skills with the ability to take informed measures based on data.
